1.Applicability of the Agreement
This User Agreement outlines the terms under which Trabliss Holidays, offers its services to individuals or entities (“User”) who browse, inquire, or purchase any product or service through its website or other customer interaction channels. These channels may include sales representatives, offices, call centers, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
For the purpose of this agreement, Trabliss Holidays and the User are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
2. User Acknowledgement and Acceptance
By accessing or using Trabliss Holidays services, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms mentioned in this agreement. These terms govern all transactions and services provided by Trabliss Holidays and are legally binding.
Trabliss Holidays reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its platforms or services at any time, without prior notice, for maintenance or any other reason deemed necessary.
In addition to this agreement, certain services (such as flights, hotel bookings, or holiday packages) may have specific Terms of Service (TOS). These additional terms form part of this agreement. In case of any inconsistency, this agreement shall take precedence. Users must review and accept applicable service-specific terms before proceeding.
Service providers (such as airlines or hotels) may also have their own rules and policies. The User is responsible for complying with those conditions.
3. Service Usage Conditions
By using Trabliss Holidays platform, the User authorizes Trabliss Holidays and its representatives to access third-party platforms (such as banks or payment gateways) for processing transactions.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through their account will be considered their responsibility.
Trabliss Holidays must be notified immediately in case of unauthorized access. Trabliss Holidays will not be liable for losses arising from misuse of login credentials.
4.Confidentiality
Any information identified as confidential by Trabliss Holidays must be treated as such by the User. Disclosure is only permitted if required by law or necessary for fulfilling obligations under this agreement.
5.Website and App Usage
All information and services accessed through Trabliss Holidays website or mobile application are used at the User’s own risk. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that the services meet their requirements.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the platform without authorization. Trabliss Holidays reserves the right to modify or remove any content without prior notice.
Terms like “PYT Greens,” “PYT Coins,” “PYT Credits,” “Loyalty Points,” and “Loyalty Credits” refer to the same loyalty benefits unless specified otherwise. Trabliss Holidays holds full authority over their usage, value, and validity.
6.User Responsibilities
Trabliss Holidays facilitates bookings but does not control or verify the legality of transactions. Users must ensure the accuracy of their booking details and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Users agree to follow all guidelines and procedures related to the use of Trabliss Holidays services.
7.Insurance
Unless explicitly included, travel insurance is not part of Trabliss Holidays services and remains the User’s responsibility.
If insurance is provided, it will be governed by the insurer’s terms. Claims must be handled directly with the insurance provider, and Trabliss Holidays does not guarantee claim approvals.
8.Force Majeure
Unexpected events such as weather disruptions, operational issues, strikes, government actions, or technical failures may affect bookings. In such cases, Trabliss Holidays will attempt to offer alternatives or refunds (subject to service provider policies).
Trabliss Holidays acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for such disruptions.
Its maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the refund of the amount received, after applicable deductions.
Trabliss Holidays and its partners are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, profits, or service interruptions.
The company does not guarantee the accuracy of external links or third-party content available through its platform.
10.Data Safety
Downloading any material from Trabliss Holidays platforms is done at the User’s own risk. While Trabliss Holidays takes reasonable precautions, it does not guarantee that all content is free from viruses or malware.
11.Marketing Communication
The User agrees to receive promotional updates via email, SMS, phone calls, or other communication channels.
Users can opt out by contacting support@trablissholidays.com or updating their preferences.
12.Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by Trabliss Holidays, including images, videos, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to reproduce or distribute such content without prior permission.
13.Visa Requirements
Visa approvals are solely the responsibility of the traveler. Trabliss Holidays is not liable for delays, rejections, or travel disruptions due to visa issues.
14.Indemnity
The User agrees to compensate Trabliss Holidays for any losses, damages, or legal claims arising from violation of this agreement or misuse of services.
15.Right to Refuse Service
Trabliss Holidays reserves the right to reject any booking request without explanation. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
The company may suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of policy violations, fraudulent activity, or unverifiable information.
16.Invalid Information and Cancellation
Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
If Trabliss Holidays identifies false or misleading details, it may cancel bookings without prior notice and without liability. The User will be responsible for any resulting losses.
17.Severability
If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.
18.No Partnership
This agreement does not establish any partnership or agency relationship between Trabliss Holidays and the User.
19.Updates and Modifications
Trabliss Holidays may update its website content, services, or terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
20.Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.
21.Service Disclaimer
Trabliss Holidays acts only as an intermediary between the User and third-party service providers. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
If the User disagrees with any terms, they should discontinue use of the services.
22.Use of Customer Content
By submitting travel-related content (photos, videos, or testimonials), the User grants Trabliss Holidays a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and promotional purposes.
The User confirms ownership of the content and allows reasonable edits. Trabliss Holidays is not obligated to use the submitted material.
Users agree to release Trabliss Holidays from any claims related to the use of such content. If required, they may request removal by contacting the provided email addresses.
