Cancellation Policy

1.General Cancellation & Refund Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all holiday packages created by Trabliss Holidays from 1st September 2019 onwards.

Customers eligible for refunds will receive the applicable amount within 90 working days from the date of cancellation or after the respective service providers (suppliers) process the refund—whichever occurs later.

For cancellations made during an ongoing trip, refunds will be processed within 90 working days from the traveler’s return date or once the supplier releases the refund, whichever is later.

Since travel services involve multiple international vendors, the final refund amount may vary based on:

  • Exchange rate fluctuations

  • Supplier refund approvals

  • Payments already made by the customer

Any changes in the refund value will be communicated by the assigned account manager. For assistance, customers can contact help@trablissholidays.com.

2.Flight Cancellation Policy

Flights labeled as “Non-Refundable” in the final travel documents are not eligible for any refund upon cancellation.

For “Refundable” flights, refunds will be processed as per the cancellation terms mentioned in the product details and final itinerary shared via email.

Refund amounts may vary due to currency exchange rate differences.

Trabliss Holidays is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or grounding. In such cases, customers must directly coordinate with the respective airline, and refunds will depend on the airline’s policies.

Passengers must ensure:

  • Their passport has at least 1 year validity

  • The passport is undamaged and valid

No refund will be provided if boarding is denied due to passport-related issues.

Travelers are advised to reach the airport at least 2 hours before departure. Missed flights due to late arrival (when transfers are not arranged by Trabliss Holidays) are non-refundable.

Baggage limits (cabin and check-in) will be mentioned in the travel documents. Any additional baggage charges must be paid by the traveler directly.

Some low-cost airlines (such as Ryanair, Vueling, Volotea, etc.) require mandatory web check-in. Failure to comply may result in extra charges at the airport, which are not refundable.

Meal preferences can be requested, but availability and quality are managed solely by the airline.

3.Hotel Cancellation Policy

Hotels marked as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for any refund if cancelled.

For “Refundable” hotel bookings, cancellation terms and timelines will be as per the policy mentioned in the itinerary and product details.

Refund values may vary due to currency exchange fluctuations.

While Trabliss Holidays partners with reputed hotels, it is not responsible for:

  • Staff behaviour

  • Cleanliness standards

  • Overall service quality

Any additional expenses for upgrades, extra services, or amenities during the stay must be borne by the customer.

If a hotel is changed during the trip (original booking cancelled and a new one booked), a 100% cancellation fee will apply to the original booking.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out depend entirely on hotel availability. Cancellation requests based on unavailability of these cannot be accommodated.

4.Activities Cancellation Policy

Activities marked as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for refunds.

For “Refundable” activities, the cancellation terms mentioned in the itinerary and product details will apply.

Refund amounts may vary depending on currency exchange rate changes.

5.Visa & Insurance Policy

Trabliss Holidays assists customers with visa documentation and guidance; however, visa approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy.

Visa fees are non-refundable, even in case of rejection.

Any unexpected changes in visa rules during processing are beyond Trabliss Holidays control.

Travel insurance, once purchased, is completely non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation charges.

6.Transfers Cancellation Policy

For transfers (airport, intercity, etc.), refund eligibility and timelines will be based on the cancellation terms mentioned in the itinerary and product details.

Refund amounts may vary due to international exchange rate fluctuations.
